Warranty Policy
Every Litset product is built and tested to perform reliably under normal operating conditions. Your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship — in plain terms, a product that fails because of how it was made, rather than because of something that happened to it after delivery.
Within the warranty period shown on your invoice, this includes:
For cover to apply, the product must have been used as intended, installed correctly, and operated within the conditions set out in its user manual and specifications.
Some examples of the kind of fault a warranty claim would normally cover:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage or failure caused by something external to the product. The exclusions below apply to all Litset products unless your invoice or a written agreement says otherwise.
We recommend connecting Litset products through a suitable stabiliser, UPS, or surge protector. Damage caused by the power supply at the installation site is outside the warranty.
Where the serial number has been removed, altered, or made unreadable, we may be unable to verify the product's warranty status and the claim cannot be processed.
The warranty covers hardware. Unless agreed in writing, it does not extend to software or to the data stored on a product:
Please back up your data before sending any product in for service. Repair and replacement can involve resetting or replacing storage, and Litset cannot be responsible for data lost during service.
Where a product is installed by someone other than Litset, ensuring the wall, structure, fixings, and method are suitable for the weight of the display is the responsibility of the customer or their installer.
Making a Claim
Contact Litset support by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or raise a ticket from the Support page. Please have the following ready:
Service complaints are attended to and worked through within 24 to 48 hours of being registered. Where a product or part needs replacing, replacement is typically completed within 3 to 5 working days.
Before a claim is approved we may carry out remote troubleshooting, ask for photographs or video, or inspect the product. If testing shows the product is working within its specifications, it may be returned as no defect found, without warranty repair.
Where a covered defect is confirmed, Litset will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the affected component, or replace the unit. Where the original part is no longer available, an equivalent may be supplied. A repaired or replaced product carries the remaining warranty period of the original unless stated otherwise.
Warranty cover follows the product rather than the buyer. If a product changes hands, the remaining warranty continues, provided the original invoice and serial number are available and the product is covered under a valid insurance policy where one applies.
Scope
Warranty service is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product or component. To the extent permitted by law, Litset is not responsible for loss of data, business, revenue, or productivity, or for any indirect loss arising from a product being unavailable.
Installation, relocation, dismantling, reinstallation, preventive maintenance, and demonstration are not part of standard warranty service unless specifically included in your invoice or service agreement.
The warranty period and service arrangements for your product are those stated on your invoice, warranty card, quotation, or written agreement. Where a project, tender, or institutional order carries its own agreed terms, those terms apply to that order.
Litset reserves the right to inspect a product and determine whether a reported issue falls within warranty. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
